No. Every translation is produced by a human linguist. We do not use machine translation output in any client deliverable. Accuracy depends on this.
Yes. Our certified translations meet IRCC requirements for immigration applications, including PR, work permit, and citizenship documents. We include the translator's credentials and certification statement with every certified project.
Standard documents under 1,000 words are usually delivered in 3-5 business days. Larger projects take 7-14 days. Express 48h delivery is available for most document types as an add-on.
Yes. We work regularly with AINP documents, Alberta Health Services records, University of Alberta academic submissions, and oil and gas technical content. Our translators are familiar with Alberta-specific terminology and requirements.
Standard translation is priced per word. Base rate for general documents is approximately CA$0.18 per word. Legal, medical, and technical content carry a premium. Certified translations include a flat certification fee.
We accept Word, PDF, Excel, PowerPoint, HTML, and most common document formats. Scanned PDFs are accepted. For formatted documents, we match the original layout where possible.
No minimum. We work on single-page documents as readily as multi-volume projects. Pricing adjusts to the scope.
