When refunds apply and how to request one.
We offer a 14-day quality guarantee on all translation services. If the delivered translation contains demonstrable errors, we will correct the work at no charge or provide a prorated refund based on the severity of the issue.
Refunds are not available after 14 days from the first deliverable. Express delivery fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Consultation hours are non-refundable once completed. Certified translation fees include a non-refundable certification component.
Email hello@translatorshouse.com with your order reference and a description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds process within 5-10 business days via Stripe.
Clients in Alberta retain all rights under the Alberta Consumer Protection Act and applicable Canadian federal consumer protection legislation.
